Dear Friends and Colleagues:
On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 10th International Conference on Heme Oxygenase (the 10th HMOX) that will be held in Seoul, South Korea on October 31 to November 3, 2018.
Heme oxygenase plays a key role in a cellular homeostasis, and its aberrant expression or activity is implicated in pathophysiology of a wide spectrum of metabolic disorders. Recently, there has been increasing attention to heme oxygenase as a therapeutic target of many human diseases. In this context, the 10th HMOX will bring together researchers of diverse disciplines to exchange ideas, stimulate collaboration, and launch outstanding scientific programs in exploring how distinct sets of endogenous and xenobiotic molecules modulate the functions of HMOX at cellular and molecular levels.
This four day conference will also provide an excellent platform for our next generation investigators, including graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and medical trainees, to learn the latest scientific advancement ranging from basic to population-based and clinical studies on HMOX and related molecules. There will be ample opportunities for their participation in short oral and poster presentation during the conference.
We would like you to share this information with your colleagues and to encourage their participation. For further information, please visit the HMOX website (www.hemeoxygenase2018.co.kr). We look forward to welcoming you to the 10th HMOX in Seoul.
With best wishes for an outstanding conference.
